Cancellation
- Cancellation is accepted only before the dispatch of the product. Once the product is shipped, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
Returns and Exchanges
- We take utmost care to ensure that all our products are in perfect condition before shipping. Our quality control team thoroughly checks each product. To help expedite the return or exchange process, we request our customers to make a video while opening the parcel. This video may serve as evidence in case of a return or exchange request. Please note that we may not accept returns or exchanges without a video recording of the parcel opening, and such cases will be subject to management approval.
Return and Exchange Period
- We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours from the date of Delivery. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange, and such cases will be subject to management approval.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at support@mixshop.in within the return/exchange period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details. and share video of parcel opening in case of received damaged items.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Include a copy of your original invoice and mark the RA number on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- In some cases, we can arrange for a return free of cost. If you’re eligible for a free return, our Customer Support Team will provide you with the necessary return shipping information. For cases that are not eligible for free returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
- After we receive your returned item(s) and perform a thorough condition check, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund or exchange is processed.
Please note:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- In case of exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
- Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part.
